We Have Opening for Supervisor (B.sc Agriculture) (For 6 Months Work Only)

                                                          

Ø Should have graduate in B.sc Horticulture / B.sc Agriculture

Ø Minimum 6 months experience as supervisory or similar position.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:-

v Assist with farming and harvesting operations

v Directing all the work activities done on a farm

v Plan with engineers the irrigation required for agriculture

v Analyzes soil to determine type and quantity of fertilizer required for maximum production.

v Inspects orchards and fields to determine maturity dates of crops or to estimate potential crop damage from weather.

v Should have knowledge of right fertilizers for the crops

v  Assist in land preparation, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease management

v   Knowledge of production equipment

v Buying of seeds and fertilizers for plantation

v Overseeing the harvesting of the crops during harvesting season

v Making an inventory of the crops and accounting for their sales

v Helping the owner with sales of the crop

v Knowing the soil conditions and planning accordingly

v Knowing the market conditions and staying up to date on it

v Helping the owner expand the business Innovating new products and manufacturing methods

v Promote the business and increase the sales of the crop or any other agricultural product made by the farm
